Little Wonders Thank You Card
Hello and welcome back!
Today I’m sharing a quick and easy thank you card featuring products from Dare 2B Artzy.
I started by stamping and coloring the dragonfly and snail images from the Little Wonders stamp set. Since I already knew I wanted to use the Let Hope Bloom paper collection, I chose shades of green and magenta to coordinate with the beautiful colors in the patterned paper. Once my coloring was complete, I used the coordinating dies to cut out the images.
Next, I used the largest die from the Rectangle Framelets set to cut a panel from the script side of the Let Hope Bloom paper for my background. I also trimmed a piece of dark blue cardstock to 4¼” x 5½”.
Using the floral side of the Let Hope Bloom paper, I cut three strips and adhered them to the dark blue cardstock, leaving a very small gap between each strip. I made sure the floral pattern stayed aligned across all three pieces because I love the subtle detail that spacing creates. After adhering the strips, I trimmed away the excess paper and used the second-largest Rectangle Framelet die to cut the panel to size. I ran it through my die-cutting machine twice to ensure a clean cut through all the layers.
For the sentiment, I used the Thank You Vertical Die and cut it twice from dark green cardstock, layering the pieces together for extra dimension. Then I cut the die a third time from Tonic iridescent blue cardstock and adhered it slightly offset behind the green layers, allowing a hint of shimmering blue to peek out. I attached the sentiment to the right side of the patterned paper panel using liquid glue.
To finish the card, I added the dragonfly and snail with dimensional foam adhesive for added depth. The completed panel was then attached to a top-folding A2 card base.
For a final touch of sparkle, I embellished the card with iridescent green gems on the background panel and tiny purple gems for the dragonfly’s eyes.
I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy thank you card! These cards are perfect for sending thoughtful notes and can easily be mass-produced for multiple occasions. As always, I’ll link all the products I used below.
Thank you so much for stopping by, and have a crafty kind of day!
