Hero Arts September Release – I pick you Collection

Hello and welcome back!

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news—I’ve been invited to join the Hero Circle from Hero Arts! It’s such an honor to create with brand-new release products from a company that has been inspiring crafters for over 40 years.

This month’s release, “I Pick You,” is full of Fall-themed stamps, dies, and stencils—perfect for thank you cards and encouragement projects.

For my first card, I featured new September products:

Apple Frame Etched Dies
You’re Golden Stamp & Cut Sentiment Set

Process Highlights

Die Cutting: I cut the Apple Frame from Neenah 110lb cardstock.
Ink Blending: Without the coordinating stencil, I improvised by masking apples and leaves with extra die cuts, then ink blended the branches, leaves, and apples with Hero Arts core ink cubes.
Background: I used the Woodgrain Texture Fancy Die to create a subtle, textured backdrop.
Details: Blossom dies were cut from white glitter cardstock and shaded with pink and yellow for added dimension.
Sentiment: “You Deserve a Whole Orchard of Thanks” was stamped, embossed, and layered with an offset of foil cardstock for shimmer.
Finishing Touch: The panel was framed with foiled cardstock and mounted on an A2 card base.

The finished card combines rich Fall colors, layered textures, and a heartfelt sentiment—perfect for sending gratitude. I love how the Apple Frame shines against the woodgrain background, and the glittery blossoms add just the right touch of sparkle.

This project marks my first as part of the Hero Circle, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue sharing inspiration with the September “I Pick You” release. Stay tuned for more creations featuring these beautiful products!
